in the master you have a king size bed, large flatscreen hd tv and the master bath has a very large jacuzzi tub with shower The Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator/Freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.
the grounds have plenty to do with a fitness center, bbq grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more With only minutes to downtown Newport, you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town, from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops.

the resort pool will be undergoing renovation from mar 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.
