our property is an amazing, clean, well taken care of and well kept and maintained, beautiful place to have lots of fun outdoors and very comfortable time indoors, and we have and will keep upgrading constantly, but if you are looking for a luxurious place with granite and marble all over, this property may not be for you..
downstairs: 2 bedroom (one king ocean side bedroom and one queen bedroom)/1 bathroom / full kitchen/living room with 2 very comfortable convertible sofa beds Washer and Dryer for clothes. Sun porch on the ocean side with a beautiful view. Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.

out front this property has 1 acre of bay bottom & 290 ft private dock for mooring your boat, water and a hose at the end of the dock for washing your boat and/or cleaning fish
it is also so much fun to dive and snorkel all along the dock or just relax and sunbathe on your raft..
for those who love fishing you also have a very nice fish cleaning station at the end of the dock
the public ramp to launch your boat is just three minutes away
the property is located on a big lot so you have enough space to park your boat and trailer
picnic island just 5 minutes away by boat to have a great fun beach day !

looe key reef,an internationally acclaimed dive spot is also just minutes away on your boat, so are the best spots in the area to go fishing, spearfishing, diving & lobstering
