the remaining 4th bedroom is tucked away downstairs on the first floor in its own space with a full bathroom, washer/dryer laundry area and private outside entrance off the porch, which can be used if desired,but not necessary since it is accessible from inside first floor; perfect for those traveling with a nanny or simply someone that just needs "their own space" In short, this area can be as open or private as desired.
