we are close to downtown gilbert and its incredible restaurants, with easy freeway access to scottsdale, mesa, tempe and phoenix Freestone park with tennis, basketball, volleyball and rides is 1 mile away. You’ll love our backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, sunken trampoline, zipline, sportcourt, firepit, putting green, hammock, trees and grass for games. Inside enjoy large open spaces and gathering areas, including an indoor gym and a basement with a projector and ping pong.

we have a separate vrbo on the property We turned our Attic into a rental 4 years back. They have no access to the back yard. There are no windows upstairs to the backyard, only to the front yard and East side so there is no visibility into the backyard. They have their own private driveway on the opposite side of the property with their own external staircase to the upstairs apartment. It’s no different than a next door neighbor. Literally zero interaction.
