⭐ when you arrive at not in kansas anymore, you'll be welcomed by a spacious corner lot, a charming covered front porch, and balconies on each level of the home The main level exterior features a cozy covered porch with seating and a private gas grill for your enjoyment.
first floor
⭐ as you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the spacious living room, featuring a sofa, loveseat, and a large roku flat-screen tv Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which seats 8, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The newly updated kitchen boasts a tile backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs.
down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed, oversized pull-out chair, and roku flat-screen tv The private en-suite bathroom includes a custom tile shower and double vanity. There is also a powder room on the first floor for guests located in the hall.
second floor
⭐ on the second floor, you'll find an additional living room - the perfect hangout spot! it features 2 sofas, a roku flat-screen tv, a pub table with stools, a wet bar, a microwave, and balcony access The hallway includes a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an oversized vanity.
the first guest bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed and a roku tv The second guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (twin-over-full and twin-over-twin) and a Roku TV. The upgraded washer/dryer is located in the walk-in laundry room on this floor.
third floor
⭐ on the third floor, you'll find 2 beautiful queen bedrooms, each with roku tvs Both rooms offer access to the balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee! Down the hall is a separate bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a Roku TV. These rooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination located in the hall.

The 30,000 square foot, seasonally heated lagoon-style pool features a walk-in area, three waterfalls, a spa, beautiful landscaping, and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. it also offers surround sound, a flat-screen tv, a grilling area, and a tiki bar to make your beach getaway even more relaxing!

guest access
⭐you will have access to the entire property (excluding the owner's closets) You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. This is a gated community. Access gate code will be sent prior to arrival via email.

starter kit
⭐ our property has a "starter kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
wi-fi
⭐ our home offers free wi-fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
parking
⭐ there is enough room in the driveway of our home for 2 standard sized vehicles or 3 small economy cars - there are no parking passes required. There is extra parking available by the community pool which is used with a first come, first serve process. Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles of any kind within the community.
beach gear
⭐ our home is equipped with everything you need for a great beach day, including a foldable picnic table, beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and a cooler! the beach is just a short 05-mile walk away, only about 10 minutes to get there!
beach service
⭐ complimentary beach service is not included but rentals are available through la dolce vita! more details will be provided in the house manual that you will get after booking
beach tram
⭐ free trolley to the beach, running from memorial day to labor day! if you prefer to walk, the beach is only a short 05-mile stroll, just about 10 minutes away!
pool/hot tub
⭐ enjoy the zero-entry resort lagoon pool, heated seasonally from march 1 - april 13, 2024, as well as for thanksgiving, christmas, and new year's! the pool, hot tub, and tiki hut are all conveniently located in the center of the villages of crystal beach community, just a short walk from our home! please review the safety guidelines posted in the pool area Use of this amenity is at your own risk. For more information, please refer to the posted rules.
security
⭐ our property does not have an entry camera at this time, but the resort has personnel in place to monitor the community and amenities We kindly ask that all guests respect the property and its rules. In the event of any issues, guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will be responsible for any damages.
pets
⭐ absolutely no pets Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
booking
⭐ you must be 25+ to book The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

⭐ check-in any time after 4 pm cst Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
early arrivals
⭐ we would love to accommodate early arrivals However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
