we are walking distance to one of the trendiest areas in los angeles Enjoy a movies, live performances, great restaurants and cool coffee shops, all within a short walk or even quicker Uber ride. Walking distance from the North Hollywood metro station and 1.5 miles from Universal studios. Two metro stops away from hollywood blvd. Saturday there is an adorable farmers market a short walk away or if you are looking for a huge farmers market, Hollywood’s Sunday market is a metro stop away.
