The barn also includes a small party kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping loft with a full size bed, 4 kids-only bunks and a generous work-from-home setup. All properties have fresh linens, new floors, and new mattresses, including the foldouts. Both houses have waterfront docks, paddle bats, outdoor kitchens and firepits. We do allow pets after a pet agreement and fee, and ask that they be leashed and not allowed on furniture. Tubes, beach towels, kitchenware for a crowd, folding chairs and folding tables provided. The most common feedback we get is about the range of activities and features that entertain, truly, all ages! From birdwatching to a daring rope swing, to a child-friendly play-yard, grandparents, teenagers and toddlers are all ecstatically happy campers!.
