the apartment is located in the basement of a gorgeous 1920's classic portland home Please do not disturb the main house tenants. Some noise from the main level can be heard in the basement (footsteps, toilet flushing). There is also construction happening next door and on Hawthorne. Some noise can be heard between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
