throughout the home, there are beautiful canvases, a 55” smart tv in the living room, and two of the bedrooms are also equipped with smart 4k tv’s
the spacious kitchen allows you to cook or bake with the newly installed gas range The kitchen is stocked with all new cooking utensils including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cutting boards, knives, etc. Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher (and soap), Coffee Maker, toaster, panini, etc.

our home is set in a quiet neighborhood; we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm Please do not use the outdoor spaces after 11:00 pm. Our first-floor tenants will report noise and we have a ring camera at the front of the home to make sure no parties are held outside of what’s already been discussed. Please make sure all guests staying in the home are reflected in the reservation count.
check-in is any time after 3 pm though the host will not respond after 10 pm and check-out is by 11 am You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed, and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
