this is a partially sub ground level unit of a 3 unit building The unit itself is private, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and uses a digital keypad so guests can enjoy the entire space to themselves and not have to share space with others (aside from the main entry door to the building which also uses a digital keypad). The unit gets a generous amount of natural light into every room and has ample recessed lighting throughout. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed while the other two bedrooms house a queen. There is also a couch that doubles as a futon in a pinch! All new modern appliances and brand new mechanical, electric, plumbing, finishes, etc. There is an outdoor dining area in the rear outfitted with a gas grill, table with an umbrella, and chairs.

• no parties or events: violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine

Guests will be charged a $50 flat fee for an early check-in, $50/hour for every hour they stay beyond the listed check out time (11:00am EST) and an additional flat fee of $200 will be charged if the impending guest(s) are unable to check in on time due to late check out issues.
