The kitchen is deigned around an open concept that highlights quartz counter tops, hardwood flooring, and porcelain and marble tile throughout the home. A 12 foot double sliding door in the living room area showcases gorgeous lake views and direct access to the patio and lake while allowing plenty of natural light into the home. This home was professionally designed and is aesthetically pleasing with modern fixtures, high-end appliances and characteristic touches.
there is over 155 feet of lake frontage with a level, grassy lawn that provides plenty of space for entertaining and yard activities The shoreline starts off "pebbly", but dissipates into a smooth, sandy bottom half way down the dock. The dock has a large platform, bench, ladder and a couple of paddle boards for guests to enjoy. There is a Solo Stove movable fire pit to sit around in the evenings and a gas grill for outdoor BBQs. The end of the dock is also a great place to enjoy a beautiful Burt Lake sunset. House has a single serve Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi and an Apple TV to access streaming services.
