first floor:
as you walk in the front door you’re greeted with an amazing ocean view and open concept floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room and state of the art kitchen that’s prepped with all the essentials Right off the living room is the half bath and Master Bedroom which has its own balcony, en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet.
there is also a large balcony off the living room that has a set of stairs leading up to the rooftop terrace All balconies and the rooftop are secured with chrome railings.
second floor:
downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms; one even has its own private entrance and is accessed directly from the outside with a view of the pool In addition there is a Laundry Room with a washing machine/dryer combo.

- bedroom 2 is downstairs, furnished with a king bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 and has direct access to the pool
