Towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels & toys, pool towels, floats, coolers & bikes are all provided. Laundry in the basement, solar on the roof, fireplace on the main floor. Large shed in the front yard for all your gear with surfboard rack outside. The backyard was expanded & is larger than ever with a privacy screen of evergreens and other lush plants surrounding the backyard & pool area.
