the townhouse has 3-levels - the master and 1 bedroom are on the top level The kitchen and living room is on the main level. The lower level has a suite with a private entrance through the house (if renting the entire 3 bdr) , or through the garage otherwise.
we are an environment friendly hh - and encourage average usage utilities and water Excessive use (ie leaving water running, or electricity on day and night may incur additional charges) - We know this won't be an issue with 99% of guests, but we want to make sure to make mention of this.
