i’ve never managed a property with so much character and charm…and art! it’s clear this house was a home, and i’m excited to share it with you It truly does have everything, with plenty of space to hang out in groups or go off on your own for some privacy or work. the pool, the rooftop, the en-suite bathrooms, the gym, the balconies!

honestly, you’re right at the intersection of 4 awesome neighborhoods Just minutes North is WeHo/Hollywood, East is Larchmont, South is Hancock Park/Mid-Wilshire and West is Beverly Hills. The neighborhood is residential, family friendly, and very WALKABLE.

uber/lyft: use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving
subway: believe it or not, we have a subway! uber to the subway in hollywood and get back and forth to places like downtown without getting stuck in traffic!
