nolan street river house offers a spacious open floor plan It has thee bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toiletries and toilet paper. The Kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, dishes and basic condiments. There long circular driveway has plenty of parking.
the river house has a huge back yard with lots of outdoor spaces to entertain and great views of the guadalupe river There is a deck with a BBQ grill and seating that leads down to the river with plenty of space to lounge and hang out with family and friends. The gorgeous oak trees on the property are some of the oldest in Seguin.

update: please note: in march 2023, meadow lake (aka lake nolte) was lowered 12' when they opened the dam We still have water access and stairs that lead to the river. We were fortunate enough to be on the deepest part of the river so water levels are high enough to float, swim, fish, lounge in tubes and even kayak.
