This home just finished a complete gut renovation (January 2020) and is 100 yards from the ski lift (Village Chair). Great location! Also has a walking path to the hotel and Ice Haus arena.
the condo is spread over two floors and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms It is located behind the Skating rink in the North Village and across the street from Raccoon Run. This is a great size property for families or 2 families traveling together.
the first floor has a family room with a gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms (both with king sized beds/one au suite) There are two full bathrooms on the first floor. There is a deck that steps right outside! The family room has an oversized dream couch and the kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances, stacked quartz with a waterfall countertop and porcelain flooring. The peninsula seats four and the oversized dining room table has seating for ten and an oversized copper chandelier.
the master bedroom has a king size bed en-suite bathroom with marble countertops The second bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath outside of the room. The blinds are custom 2.5 inch wood, cordless blinds. All of the bathrooms have porcelain flooring, new vanities, lighting and frameless glass doors.
the downstairs has three bedrooms The first bedroom has two (2) full on full bunks/en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full on full bunk bed with a trundle and the third bedroom has a crib. Theres an additional family room with a pool table, a custom made couch and a 65 inch screen TV. This is a great home for families. Will be renting for most holidays. Feel free to reach out with week specials. We wont be renting to large parties and no events are allowed..
