Summary: We had a good first impression until finding mouse droppings in the house. Owner was able to communicate and get someone out right away, which was amazing. However, we caught a rat in the traps they set, had to dispose of that and then continued to hear some mouse like sounds of distress the next day. Peanut butter from the second trap was gone and gave many guests an anxious night's sleep over this whole multiple day ordeal. Upon reaching out to the owner about refunds for our trouble, she was only able to provide 6%, which I think is ridiculous. I'm not pleased with the overall stay and bits of communication.
