A smart TV is provided for your entertainment (subscription services like Netflix and Prime Video are available for guests with their own accounts). Free 50+ Mbps Wi-Fi is available to all guests for the duration of their stay. An app-controlled communal paid washing machine is also available.
the kitchen comprises of a white corian worktop, ample storage units, 2-burner induction hob, under counter fridge/freezer, integrated combi microwave and electric kettle The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid and kitchen roll to accommodate those who wish to prepare their own meals.
each studio contains an en-suite equipped with towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and toilet rolls Everything listed will be re-stocked weekly by our lovely cleaning team who will empty your bins and hoover your studio, as well as change your bedding bi-weekly.
there are 4 free unallocated private parking bays in front of the house and 8 paid ones at the adjacent nursery at the rear (the bays are currently marked “small fries”) where guests may park for £5 per day Guests may also park on the street alongside the hedge in front of the property where there are no restrictions. If these locations are occupied guests may park on the street but there are restrictions which need to be noted.
cctv is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety An office is also manned at the nearby Victoria House between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, where guests are welcome to drop by with any issues or queries which we will do our best to resolve.
