the main floor includes a spacious living area, including a 65" smart tv for all your streaming apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining set. There are two porches to enjoy on the main floor - one with a seating area overlooking the basketball courts & playground at the neighboring school and the nearby Fantasy Island, and the other with a dining table & chairs overlooking the pool. A king size bedroom is also on the main floor with a Smart TV as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a single vanity and tile shower.
