The 14x28 private saltwater pool is sure to please all ages! There are 2 arcade units, ping pong table, putt putt and much more. if you decide to venture out to the beach youll enjoy a quick walk down our quiet street straight to the sand!

on the main level of blue sands you will find a beautifully decorated open concept living area The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your cooking and baking aficionados. The dining room area seats 18 total at the dining table and kitchen island. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a half bath located in the living area as well. You can access the back porch from the living area and also from the master suite where you can relax with a coffee in the morning or a have drinks with friends in the evening on the porch swing or in the Adirondack chairs. From the back porch you can access the pool and entertainment area which will make for a fun time for all ages. The half bath is located in this area as well. Off the kitchen is the master suite with a King Bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an incredible and large walk-in shower. Everyone staying will truly find this sanctuary worth fighting over.
upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth bedroom is the bunkroom with 4 full bunk beds. Every bedroom has a smart tv in them for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. Every bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

the game room is also located on the ground level and comes with a ping pong table, karaoke machine, miss pacman and nba jam arcade units, and cornhole boards There is also a putt putt area for guests to enjoy as well to show their skills off. Also located in the game room area is beach and pool toys available for your stay.
