Hampton Bays is the Hampton's best kept secret with access to beautiful beaches, some of the best waterfront dining options and no traffic! Our home is just 2 miles from Ponquogue Beach, which has a great concession stand and lifeguards. Bay beaches are a short walk from the house and are great for launching a kayak or stand-up paddle board.
we are close to beaches, playgrounds, parks, tennis courts, shopping (including tanger outlets), antique shops, wineries, marinas, fishing, bars, restaurants and more! hampton jitney and lirr are less than 10 minutes from the house We are walking distance to bars, restaurants and coffee shop.
the property is beautifully landscaped and the home has been completely renovated from top to bottom The open floor plan includes a brand new fully equipped kitchen, four beautifully decorated bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The house features beautiful hardwood flooring, central air and fun beach decor. There is a huge guest bathroom with double vanity, and a powder room off the rear entry for easy access from pool and patio. The master bedroom has its own en suite.
the finished basement is the perfect place to hang out on rainy days or for movie watching on the the huge 65” television complete with netflix, hulu & disney plus, etc. We have tons of games and a foosball table to keep everyone busy on rainy days.
the backyard features a huge heated saltwater pool, bbq grill (with dedicated propane line), fire pit with adirondack chairs, and huge patio area for outdoor dining and lounging and a new outdoor shower starting summer 2022!
the home is fully equipped with everything you need (linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, etc) for the perfect family beach vacation
