the central courtyard is surrounded by an additional 4-5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths plus a game room, laundry room and a reading room with a pull out couch-sleeper can serve as a 7th bedroom - please note that these rooms are accessed by individual doorways from the courtyard and are not connected to the main house's large living room/dining room and kitchen which provide a great gathering space throughout the day and evening times till you retire to your private sleeping accommodations The various covered patio areas also provide unique private or social gathering places. The large dock and 100' of shoreline can easily moor several boats and/or jet skiis with deep water and no wave action located on the popular expansive Taw Caw Creek section of Lake Marion that is known for great boating, inner-tubing and fishing. Just 2 minutes away is the Goat Island Marina and Restuarant with a waterside Tiki Bar. This home is basically midway between I-95 and the Dam on the North side of Lake Marion and is near the Clear Cut Channel that allows safe travel to the South side of the lake.
