each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation
per the nc vacation rental act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement
the booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government id Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
minimum booking age: 25 years old
if the booking party is under 25, mytripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an id of guest who is 25 or above Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

the hottub maintenance team will come by every thursday to service the hot tubs
access to the home
early check-in (1:00 pm) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible

smoking is permitted outside only All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay
internet usage
we are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
