Positive: The position of the flat is enormus you can walk everywhere , you can find even modern shopping or old town , museums and castles just walk. Flat is quite comfortable for 2 Adults and 2 Children
Negative: the stairs are not really comfortable to climb , the flat was quite comfortable , but the wood floors and washing machine were too noisy
