our home is sure to become you favorite lake charlevoix wait until you step inside Featuring a large kitchen with work island, double door fridge with ice-maker, 2 dishwashers and all top end appliances - all the extra touches won't go unnoticed. Cable and WIFI are provided. The master suite has a queen bed, there are 3 other bedrooms that have queen or full beds and the kids room has two sets of bunk beds. Sleeping up to 10 adults plus 2 children under the age of 18, this unit also has three full baths. There is a large screen TV with VCR right next to the natural wood burning stone fireplace as well as a large screen TV in the sitting room both surrounded with awesome views of the narrows. In total, the home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, sitting room and a tiered deck with seasonal hot tub overlooking a fantastic landscaped yard.
a dock and covered boat house are available providing dockage for your boat Air conditioning and furnace are also inside the home, making it perfect for all seasons. This lakefront home makes the most of its location on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix just a few miles to downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. Take a day trip to Traverse City, about 50 miles south, or to Mackinaw and a fast ferry trip to the Island. So much to see and so much to do - this is the perfect location for family fun or romantic seclusion.
