fabulous simple beach house with all the amenities On dead-end street with big yard, deck, patio, OUTDOOR SHOWER. The house is only 14 years old so everything is new and clean. the upstairs (2 br, 1 bonus room, 1 bath) was just completed in august of 2019 and has central air conditioning!
relax on the deck or patio after a day at the beach Very large bedroom with large closet on first floor. Other first floor bedroom has twin beds. Full bathroom on each floor. Upstairs completely new - first used in July of 2020.

close to town and state beaches, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc Minutes from Block Island Ferry, 25 minutes to Newport.
