this very luminous and calm apartment is on the last floor of the apartments with terrace (elevator) of a recent joint-ownership of 2007, facing south, which has a table and chairs of garden giving a privileged view on l ' erdre (the most beautiful river in france) and activities inherent in it! nbreux shops at the foot of the building

for information, parking is free and free in the neighborhood if you are multi-car
- to reach the hyper center without the car, you have several possibilities:

stop "coudray" then with 5 intermediate stops, arrival at stop "foch-cathedral"
