we are located in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood We deeply value our neighbour's right to peace and quiet. While our property sleeps a lot of people, it's intended for families. We do not allow large groups of individual adults. We have a firm policy of 'no parties, loud music, smoking, vaping, loitering or parking on the grass'. We have strict noise restrictions and automated noise monitors in place and will result in eviction should there be excessive noise, multiple vehicles or complaints from neighbours.
