these 2 flats are located on rambla catalunya in the heart of barcelona, next to passeig de gracia metro station, close to la pedrera, casa batllo, plaça catalunya and passeig de gracia

please note the following important information before booking:
- the property manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (we do not accept american express card)
- the remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in
- a security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by online link We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- travel cot/travel cot:
price: 2000 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-arrival after hours:
