3 Bedroom Villa in Kyrenia District

A luxury 3 bedroom Villa located in Lapta a village which is 11k West of Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. Mulberry Villa is located 750m as the crow flies from the sea and main Lapta sea front (Restaurants and bars), and 500m from the mountains - the name Mulberry comes from the Mulberry tree at the entrance to the drive - this comes from days when silk garments were a local cottage industry - silk worms were kept on Mulberry trees and bushes. We purchased the Villa over 12 years ago. It is our holiday home so it has been maintained to a very high standard - It has 8m x 4m pool, a large patio area and, olive and fruit trees - Air con throughput and 10ft ceilings. It is decorated in a Turkish fashion with locally sourced furniture and traditional exotic lamp shades - free WiFi - basic sat tv - DVD player and air conditioning.
we can if required arrange taxi transfers from ercan in the north (45 mins to the villa) or larnca in the south (1hr 15) and hire cars
if you like history, sunshine, heat (may through to october) and the sea/beaches then this is the place for you.
