Summary: This place was okay. As soon as I arrived the place looked like it someone did a terrible job to clean it. The floor was sticky, table and counter didn't look clean, the carpet wasn't vacuumed thoroughly, there were dead huge roaches in the bedroom upstairs and eggs in the carpet, there's dead roaches on the walls and ceilings of the place, the fridge doesn't stay shut at times. Called the office but they continue to be closed when I did call. Used the office emergency after hours and they were able to get me in contact with Shannon who sent out someone to clean the house again. They didn't arrive until 8:30/9pm est. They did a fantastic job recleaning the place to make it through the days it was booked for. So sad to see that this beautiful house kind of looks run down. They did not offer to refund at least the cleaning fee. I know I won't be staying again. But I'm sure it will be acceptable for others if they enjoy stuff like this. Also, no complimentary soaps. Be sure to bring soaps and spices. Be careful with the glass cups majority are chipped. The house is beautiful it needs a deep cleaning.
