4 All guests are required to print and sign their names to the document “City of Palm Springs VR Statement of Rules and Regulations” which confirms that the Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
5 No more than 2 adults per bedroom are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
6 No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.
