Backyard access to Cascade Lake - paddle, swim, snowshoe, snowmobile out your back door on the lake, to West Mountain public lands. **Please Note that Lake Cascade is a reservoir, and water levels will recede toward the end of summer depending on what is needed for irrigation (typically starting in late July). This property is located on an inlet from the river and water levels will recede down to small rivers and streams flowing into the reservoir as we move into the late summer and fall. When the water level is low enough, the access to the water from this property becomes somewhat of a bluff overlooking the water and is not easily accessible. There are several boat ramps guests can drive to for access to the main body of water on Lake Cascade. Management is not responsible for water levels of the lake.
