The 5 bedroom home is steps away from Lory State Park, where there are ample opportunities for boating, biking, hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, and more. It is a 10-minute drive from the heart of LaPorte where you can find the necessities—groceries, coffee, bakery, pizza, taxidermist, hardware, bar, and more. Old Town, CSU campus, and the shops of Harmony and College Ave are all about 20 minutes away.
the house itself has three very spacious bedrooms, one kid’s bedroom with bunkbeds, and one office-bedroom with a daybed (Two bedrooms have desks.) Outside of the house, there is a nice deck from which to enjoy sunrises, night skies, and evening meals. There is also a playground on the property to keep kids entertained.
