1 All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
**any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules There will be no exceptions.
2 There is a video doorbell. It is triggered by motion.
3 We do not allow pets of any kind.
4 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.
5 POOL: There is a pool walking distance to the property. Pool is heated during the winter.
6 Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.
7 All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
8 In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

if the keycard is lost, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged
guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers
during the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
