Summary: I was looking for cheap with good Location and I found it.5 minutes from outlets and other stores/food options including Walmart and Dollar store. My issues with the room were; we were on the first floor and our window did not lock. The bathroom ceiling tile had water damage stain and black mold. The inside door trim was not nailed in properly so you had to push on door to open & then fiddle with it to shut tight. You could still see the light from outside coming in. The blanket on the bed had holes and smelled weird. There was no "complimentary" shampoo or soap bottles. Overall the room was decent. You could see the owner was trying to improve. But definitely needs more work.
