Endless trails for biking and hiking during the spring & summer months, Hoosier Pass from Breckenridge to Fairplay is a great opportunity to experience the leaves changing during the fall months, and of course, multiple ski resorts for all of your winter needs.

🚙 a 4x4 vehicle is required from october through may in order to safely access the property The driveway and roads are plowed but you will need 4-wheel drive for deeper snow after a storm. It can also become slick if the snow melts and refreezes. We are not responsible if you choose to come to the home without the proper equipment during the winter months. The driveway is steep and we suggest reversing down the driveway in order to ensure a smooth exit. 4 cars maximum on the driveway and absolutely no street parking allowed.
