if you are traveling with small children, we also have available at the house a highchair and a pack-and-play

Summary: Overall, my family of 5 had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults and 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 10). We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table the most. The house is set in a beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood and is close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.We had a couple minor issues upon arrival - the patio door was broken and the bikes in one of the listing pictures were not included in the stay (understandable, as they are not in the description, but the picture should be removed). The main issue we had was the process with the hot tub. A hot tub was a booking priority for us as my husband who has a bad back was looking forward to sitting in it with his coffee each morning before the kids woke up. You have to text to get it turned on / off. Each morning we sent an early text and we were lucky if it was turned on by 10:30 (the management contact sleeps in). Then, it takes 2-3 hours to reach temperature. After a couple days of frustrating texts and phone calls, he worked with us and put it on a schedule that suited our day. Everything was great after that. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Be prepared, however, to buy any cooking basics down to the salt and pepper.We also purchased a couple pool toys and some card games to keep us occupied during our 5-day stay. Based on our time as a whole and knowing what we know now, we would definitely stay here again.
