upper floor: spacious living/dining room with wide window overlooking the sea, furnished with sofas and 8/10-seat dining table; from here one can exit on to a beautiful shaded and sea-view terrace, equipped with garden sofas and 6/8-seat table; going back inside in the living room, one goes, on one side, to the fully-fitted kitchen with pantry/laundry room, and on the other to the sleeping area; here a corridor serves 3 bedrooms, of which 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) and 2 twin bedrooms (one of which with an additional single bed) sharing the shower room accessible from the corridor Lastly, both from the living and from the kitchen, one can exit onto another covered verandah on the rear of the house, also provided with 8/10-seat dining table.
