this is a stylish and modern townhouse located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood on the edge of central cambridge, just off newmarket road and the a14 It is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work or study with everything needed a short walk away or a 10 minute drive into the city centre. There is free parking on the driveway in front of the house and an EV charger connected that is free to use during your stay.

main bathroom with own bath and shower next to second bedroom
each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay

well appointed open plan living/dining area with a large 60 inch flat screen smart tv with all your favourite streaming channels installed – netflix, amazon prime, youtube and disney plus Your own private garden and a patio area with seating. There is also a workdesk with a monitor to work from home and a super fast wifi connection over 500Mbps.
eating:
the modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle and a DeLonghi coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

there is free parking on the driveway in front of the house and an ev charger connected to the house that is free for guests to use during their stay On street parking is also free for guests nearby if you have more than one car.
out and about:
situated just off newmarket road and the a14 in a new development, it is a 10 minute drive into the city centre and 15 minutes to cambridge train station There is a local café, Co-op and M&S Food supermarkets, a short 5 minute walk from your doorstep.
it is a short walk to newmarket road for local bus stops and the park and ride, taking you into the city centre and to cambridge train station Addenbrookes hospital and the Biomedical Campus are 15 mins drive. To the Cambridge Science Park and Business Park it is a 10 minute drive.
