Back yard is fenced and backs up to a green belt. Two living rooms downstairs each with large Tv. Living room 1 has twin leather recliners, living room 2 has large comfy couch. Kitchen has been fully remodeled. New carpet and flooring throughout house. House is kept immaculately clean and is surrounded by trees. Nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood minutes from I-5. LBA park is within walking distance and has walking trails, tennis courts baseball fields playground. Backyard patio is huge, lighted and covered so you can sit by the fire even during Pacific Northwest rainy evenings. Outdoor barbecue is also supplied.
