this is a completely newly renovated home, with new furniture, and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return For this reason we think the house is not suitable for pets but we may consider under certain circumstances.

we are family-friendly and children with parents are very welcome but note that the house is not child proofed in any way The pool and spa space is not fenced. Please watch your children closely when outside.
pool heating:
►pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter
►pool heating when hired is limited to 84f;
►pool does not need to be heated during the summer months (june-august) it’s usually 80f+ naturally;
►hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner
►any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture
