A perfect family getaway & retreat in a beautiful cozy and comfortable 3bed/2bth modern farm cottage home on 1.10 acres. The outside boasts beautiful views, a hot tub , play structures, a vegetable/fruit garden and chicken coop to collect eggs. Relax and enjoy this spacious land. the inside of the home is tastefully decorated and very clean with added touches; cut wildflowers, coffee and bake goods from a local bakery upon arrival!
the home is set on 11 acres of wildflowers and fruit trees in bloom in summer and fall where you can enjoy outdoor picnics, playing in the yard, watching the garden grow where we provide food for our local community members with food insecurities. Your stay on our property is helping feed people in need. You can visit with the hens and collect eggs. In the winter it is a cozy place to warm up to by the gas burning stove and relax in the hot tub after a day of snow play. The living room has TV with ROKU, great reads on the shelf and games to play for kids and adults. It is a spacious kitchen and you can see the views outdoors. I will also provide grocery delivery or special items arranged to be there during your stay for an up-charge. The bathrooms are stocked with all natural shampoo, conditioner, shower wash and lotion. There is local coffee for the French press and teas to select from. You will also have a fresh baked something upon arrival from one of the local bakeries. Chocolates on your pillows too.
the house has a modern country feel, offering a little elbow room and the privacy we all want but only 6 minutes to whole foods, costco, lone pine coffee, hablo tacos, on tap food truck lot, wilco farm store, 10 min to trader joes and walking distance to pine nursery park!
