all four bedrooms have en suite baths There are two Primary Bedrooms -- one of the first floor and one on the second floor. The first floor Primary has French doors that open out to the deck and pool area. The sleeping configuration is two Bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. There is also an open Loft Area on the second floor set up as a children's play area with TV.
