this apartment is superbly located only a few hundred meters from the marina de lagos with its lively selection of bars, cafes and restaurants It's also only a short stroll to the supermarket and the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment includes Fibre WiFi and is fully air-conditioned with a large balcony. A perfect holiday apartment for families or couples.
from the front entrance of the apartment block there are about 5 steps up to the front door of the apartment, once inside to the right is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances, there is a door out from the kitchen onto the terrace
the living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and 6 chairs, there is a large sofa bed and a large 4k smart tv with thousands of different tv channels from around the world The living area has patio doors leading out to the large balcony with an an outside table and chairs to seat 6 people. From the balcony you can see over towards the pool area, Marina and town of Lagos.
there are 2 bedrooms the master suite has a king sized bed and the twin bedroom has 2 beds, the en-suite has a bath and over head shower There is a second bathroom with shower.
the pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.
