A large couch and small desk with wifi to get work done between your play.
the first bedroom features a queen and twin xl bunk A plush trifold sleeping pad, as well as pack n play can be found in this room for your convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and spacious walk-in closet.
through the small hallway you will find a washer and dryer on your way to the large bathroom Towels, linens, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all provided for your convenience.
outdoors you have access to the large yard, beautiful gas firepit, small stream/pond, hot tub and dining area under the pergola (with rocker-style furniture) This space is shared with our upstairs guests so please be respectful and courteous.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM-8AM, that also means being quiet late in the evening if using the Hot Tub. Neighborhood restricts Hot Tub use/Patio lights after 11pm.
