the interior is lovely and bright and boasts comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, crockery and utensils. The open plan living space features a sofa, smart TV and dining table. There is a large balcony that runs along one side of the apartment that can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom. The spacious double bedroom features plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen. There's also a modern bathroom with a shower and bath as well as fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use.

-for check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-if you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-if you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in
- for check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee
- for check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- we may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property
- late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am

Summary: The apartment is more beat up than the photos suggest but is generally clean. However, several items were missing that I would expect in a rental with a kitchen (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishtowels, cutting board). The oven didn't work and there was no indication in the house manual there was any switch. Most importantly, there was no toilet roll and I had to pick that up with my groceries. At that point I hadn't fully reconnaissanced the kitchen and seen the oven didn't work, which would have changed by cooking plans. The shower was adequate but ran cool. You don't expect the world at this price point in London, but you do expect the essentials. I hope future guests have a better experience.
