Positive: Absolutely loved the size of the room, it was perfect for our family of 5, with spacious bunk beds for the kids and 2 bathrooms/showers, and a great washing machine for laundry. The staff are kind and very helpful. There were some arts and crafts activities in the lobby area for the kids to enjoy, and a coffee shop as well. Walking distance to the metro stop and direct train line to Haneda airport which was convenient.
Negative: Loved everything!
