the house is located on the 9th hole of the michelbook country club (a private golf course), is just over a mile from downtown mcminnville and a short drive to over 100 vineyards and wineries in yamhill county Other McMinnville destinations include the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, home of the historic Spruce Goose and Wings & Waves Indoor Water Park. Lincoln City, on the Oregon Coast, is only an hour's drive away.
